Executive Chairman of the Center for Africa Development and Progress (CADeP), Johanes Koku Nyagblordzro, has called on all citizens to exercise their right to vote wisely. Apart from that, he advocated ensuring that the leaders chosen at the polls truly represented the values and aspirations of a democratic Ghana.

His call comes after CADeP, following its October sensitisation programme themed: "Ensuring Peaceful Elections, the Role of All Ghanaians," embarked on a nationwide civic awareness campaign.

"A vote is not merely a political gesture; it is an investment in the education of our children, the health of our communities, and the economic prosperity of our nation," Nyagblordzro stated. "Citizens must choose leaders with the moral courage to fight corruption, safeguard public funds, and respect constitutional governance."

CADeP called on the Electoral Commission, security agencies, political parties, and the media to work collaboratively to preserve peace, protect ballot integrity, and accept verifiable results.
